How a destination home can be designed to offer true privacy seclusion on a lot surrounded by streets on three sides?

After extensive zoning and building code research, we decided the footprint of the 11,000 square feet modern farmhouse to follow the contour of the land. This innovative concept allowed the first floor to be centered around the courtyard, overlooking the swimming pool and the added lush landscape. The four-car garage strategically designed along the busiest street created an effective visual and sound barrier.

The shape and scale of the majestic exterior emerged in the farmhouse style by combining white vertical siding, dark gray ledgestone, slate stone, metal shed roofs, black frame tall and narrow windows, gray shaker composite gable roof lines.

The interior of both floors is just as breathtaking, continuing the architectural style with reclaimed wood beams, gray wood flooring, oversized baseboards, white horizontal plank
wall panels, metal stairs, white granite, barn doors, vaulted ceilings.
