This home settled on top of the hill, featuring exquisite scenery of the surrounding mountains was a dream come true for this real estate investor.
Despite the exterior and interior required refinements for the framing and architectural style, the changes were limited as the house would be designed for resale purposes. As a result, Luminesio reoriented the staircase and landing area to symmetrize the grand two-story living room. As well as, added a water feature anchored into locally found river stones which completed the foyer as an accent entrance piece for guests.
Non-structural wall partitions were moved to create more efficient spaces, and rooms were resized to comfortably fit more bedrooms, bathrooms, office space, and a wine cellar.
The interior finishes were upgraded with marble flooring, quartz countertops, brightly colored coffered ceilings, alcove soffits for indirect lighting, wainscot wall panels, textured wallpapers, crystal chandeliers, black and brass stair railings, and a TV wall complete with a modern fireplace centered in the kitchen in order to give the home an overall more luxurious presence and ambiance.
“Many thanks to the Luminesio designers for their communication skills, attention to details, and listening ability to translate the wish list into reality", the real-estate investor said with excitement.
